Soar Management Ltd ("Soar", "we", "us") is a company registered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. We are the data controller for this information.
What we collect
When you fill in our booking form, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Your name, email address, Instagram handle and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number
- Whether you already run a subscription page, and your hobbies or niche
- Your preferred day, time and time zone for a call
- Any message you send us
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or over
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to record visits to our pages and when the booking form is sent, so we can measure how well our Instagram and Facebook ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you if you use its apps. Your form answers themselves are not sent to Meta.
You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call and talk to you about working with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
We will never sell your information or share it with anyone outside our team, except the service providers listed below.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), our email is hosted by Google, and website visit data is processed by Meta through the Meta Pixel. These providers process your information on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a Soar creator, your information is handled under your service agreement.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Age
This website and our services are only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
